We want you to be happy with your TM Jewelery. For most pieces we offer a 7 day unconditional return program. Simply “Contact Us” to request your RMA# within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive your item we will issue a credit or exchange, whichever you prefer.

On custom orders, i.e. nameplates or dogtags, we will work with you to correct any manufacturers errors. If we cannot correct the matter we will issue a store credit towards another TM Jewelers piece.
